JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver performance.
2. Develop and implement fleet policies, procedures, safety protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance.
3. Monitor fleet performance, conduct safety audits, and identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
4. Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee budget and expenses.
5. Train and manage drivers, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company policies.
