JOB DETAILS:
Role Description
• This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing the restaurant, bar, and pool deck, supervising and training staff, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role will also involve liaising with other departments, managing inventory, and using software to manage stock and sales. The role will be located in Lusaka Province, Zambia.

• Food Service and Food & Beverage skills
• Customer Service skills
• Training skills
• Budgeting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Proficient in relevant software such as inventory management systems and point-of-sale software
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in food and beverage management, is desirable
