Gardener
Overview
MILLENNIUM RADIO LIMITED, Zambia’s number one news and talk station is URGENTLY seeking services of a part- time Gardener to be responsible for maintenance of the surroundings at its new office premises.

Duties and responsibilities
• Ensure all surroundings are tidy and clean at all times
• Ensure grass is cut and borders tidied as required
• Plant new shrubs, flowers and various plants as guided by the supervisor
• Clearing rubbish and litter away from the garden and grounds including drainages
• Ensure the power back up system (generator) fuel and servicing is up to date
• Ensure all bins are emptied and all refuse collected by the refuse disposal company as scheduled
• Identifying and reporting any untoward situations in the surrounding to the supervisor

Candidate requirements
• Must be a Zambian citizen
• Preferably literate
• Must have traceable references
• Prior work experience in a similar role is an added advantage
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work
• Eagerness to learn and improve
• Able to work well without close supervision
• Must be courteous and of sober character
