JOB DETAILS:
Duties/Responsibilities
1. Plans, schedules, and participates in the gardening work as assigned including but not limited to soil preparation, planting, pruning, trimming, staking, cultivating, weeding, transplanting, of trees, lawn turf, shrubs, ground cover, flowers, and hedges.
2. Performs other gardening work as required.
3. Prepares soil and plants, cultivate, transplant, fertilize, water, prune, shrubs, trees, flowers, plants to include perennials and annuals, and other vegetation. Mixes topsoil and natural fertilizer applying to grass and flowerbeds as needed.
4. Cleaning of windows
5. Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
6. Cleaning of car rental vehicles.
7. Any other duties as requested by supervisor.

• Job Knowledge:
Good working knowledge of how to plant/ transplant shrubs, flowers etc. typical for the area required. Maintenance of gardens and lawns using knowledge of gardening.

Skills and Abilities:
1. Ability to physically able perform strenuous tasks as well as work independently (self- starter).
2. Ability to use hand tools and operate motorized equipment and such as mowers, sprinklers, etc.
3. Ability to use all gardening tools and cleaning equipment.Ability to perform grounds maintenance tasks.

Minimum Job Requirements
1. High school certificate; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
2. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
3. Positive attitude and customer service-oriented mindset
