JOB DETAILS:
African Power Coal Limited, a leading player in the mining industry, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Geologist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Geologist at African Power Coal Limited, you will:
• Conduct geological surveys and fieldwork to gather data for exploration and mining operations.
• Assist in the analysis of geological data, including rock and mineral samples.
• Contribute to the development of geological models and interpretations.
• Collaborate with senior geologists and engineering teams to optimize mining plans.
• Monitor and report on geological conditions, including risks and opportunities.
• Participate in environmental and safety initiatives in accordance with industry regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Geology from a reputable institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the field of geology.
• Strong understanding of geological principles and survey techniques.
