JOB DETAILS:
Our client is looking for a Geotechnician to work in their exploration site .

Job Responsibilities:
• This role will assist in the logistics, mark up and basic data collection of drill core (RQD, magnetic susceptibility).
• Knowledge of drilling programs and processes is essential, as well as understanding of QA/QC best practises with regards to drill core handling.
• This role will assist in locating and defining tracks and drill pads, be proficient in the use of GPS for location purposes and satellite phone use for communications.
• The ideal candidate must have the ability to work safely in remote areas and must have a full driver’s license.
