JOB DETAILS:
Position Summary
Teach For All is seeking a Global Development Operations Specialist to join our Global Development team and accelerate the efforts of fundraisers working across nine portfolios (individual giving, foundations, corporations, government and multilateral, Africa, Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe and Middle East and North Africa) around the world. This individual will play a key role in our ability to meet our ambitious fundraising targets of $27.5 million annually for our global organization and generate more than $10 million annually for network partners.
Their duties will range from managing all fundraisers’ engagement with our Salesforce platform, managing all gift processing and donor recognition preferences, and providing research support to portfolio teams. The successful candidate must be detail oriented; able to multitask; produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and dynamic environment; and juggle several competing priorities with a spirit of flexibility, positivity and sense of possibility. This person will report to the Chief of Staff on the Global Development team.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Team Operations: Contributing to the effective and positive engagement and collaboration of colleagues across the team and broader organization through evolving specific team systems and managing key team-wide communications.
• Serves as the main point of contact for all fundraisers on Salesforce. This includes:
• Training all new users on the system
• Managing centralized mass updates
• Creating and leveraging reports to ensure data quality
• Managing Global Development’s relationship with the internal Salesforce Specialist
• In partnership with other team colleagues and the Chief of Staff, develops new and existing systems for inter- and intra-team collaboration.
• Owns regular team-wide emails including a weekly Development Newsletter to all fundraisers (sharing our progress toward our annual goals, announcements, and actions and resources), as well as a weekly email to our CEO with the team’s most pressing questions
• Leads on logistics for team meetings (virtual and in-person)
• Manages all team-wide onboarding logistics and resources
• Project manages team celebrations (e.g. service anniversaries and birthdays)
• Manages the Global Development team’s budget
• Manages and generates activity on the Fundraising Slack Channel that fosters connection and learning.
Manage events and cultivation opportunities for our external donor community across all fundraising portfolios by:
• Project manages the design and execution of virtual and in-person experiences for our external community, such as supporter participation in Teach For All’s Global Conference, other network events and virtual meetings for our supporters.
• Serves as a resource to fundraisers planning events specific to their portfolio, sometimes leading on the logistics, RSVP management, and project plan – working closely with the relevant portfolio team.
Grow pipeline of potential donors and support existing donor management by:
• Managing all gift processing across portfolios and regions
• Managing online donation platforms and record keeping
• Managing our donor recognition preferences and liaising with Public Affairs to ensure external decks and website are up to date
• Supporting the Chief of Staff with weekly revenue updates, through our Fundraising Outlook document
• Occasionally drafting internal and external donor and stakeholder-related communications, such as meeting briefs, thank you letters, email correspondence, presentations and donor histories
• Advancing other ad hoc development-related projects as they arise
Portfolio support
• Managing a research agenda across our three core portfolios – individual giving, foundations, and corporate, working closely with portfolio teams to inform their next steps with prospects
• Other ad hoc portfolio support as required

Requirements
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other client relationship management system preferred
• Minimum of 2 – 4 years of professional work experience, preferably related to fundraising/communications/project management (not required)
• Familiarity with donor and prospect research preferred
• Passion for Teach For All’s core mission
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook highly preferred
• Fluency in English

Compensation
Salary for this position is competitive and dependent on country of hire, prior work experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
Work Authorization
Candidates for this position must possess local work authorization in order to be considered.
Travel and Hours
Travel possible when it is safe to do so and in accordance with local travel guidelines. Given that we work across different time zones, some non-traditional hours for early or later calls are an expectation of this role.
