JOB DETAILS:
Graduate Trainees
We are searching for Graduate Trainees who will take part in a rotational program that will expose them to various aspects of the business. They can expect to work in various departments including but not limited to Marketing, Operations and Finance.
Applicants’ eligibility
• A recent graduate from reputable University locally or abroad with a merit or better
• Must have graduated between 2018 -2021
• Possess less than 2 years’ work experience
Responsibilities:
• Providing support to the various departments.
• Assist with client queries.
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing the mail, etc.
• Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
• Preparing weekly reports.
• establish relationships with new customers
• maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
• follow up on customer orders as necessary
• anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
• meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
Requirements:
• Minimum of a Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance.
• Work experience preferably in the Insurance or financial services industry will be an added advantage.
• Driver’s License is a must.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Familiar with Microsoft office (Excel) and Google Workspace (G Suit).
• Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
• Able to work under pressure.
