Graphic Design Assistant:

Responsibilities:
1. Assistance in Design Creation:
• Support the Graphic Designer in creating design concepts and layouts.
• Assist in the execution of design projects.
2. Software Learning:
• Learn and develop proficiency in graphic design software under the guidance
of the Graphic Designer.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools.
3. Project Support:
• Assist in project management tasks, including organizing files and adhering to
schedules.
• Provide support in managing multiple design projects.
4. Collaboration Support:
• Collaborate with the Print Production team to ensure design specifications are
aligned with production capabilities.
• Assist in incorporating client feedback into designs.
5. Print Optimization Assistance:
• Learn about the technical requirements of different printing processes.
• Support the optimization of designs for print production.
6. Brand Consistency Support:
• Assist in maintaining consistency in design elements and branding.
• Follow brand guidelines for internal and client projects.
7. File Management Assistance:
• Learn and implement organized file management practices.
• Provide accurate specifications for print production under guidance.

Profile of our Graphic Design Assistant:
• Educational Background: Enrolled in or completed a degree in graphic design or a
related field.
• Software Learning: Eagerness to learn and develop proficiency in graphic design
software.
• Creativity: A creative mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas to design projects.
