JOB DETAILS:

• Our Company is a Start-up HR & Compliance Consultancy dedicated to providing innovative solutions to organizations of all sizes. We specialize in HR outsourcing, Business Compliance, recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy development. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR while working alongside seasoned professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support employee on boarding and orientation activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Assist in organizing training and development programs, including logistics coordination and materials preparation.
• Contribute to the maintenance of HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and events.
• Assist in conducting research on HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Requirements:
• Recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior HR internship or related experience is a plus but not required.
