Brief Introduction
Chenguang Biotech is mainly engaged in the cultivation and processing of paprika and marigolds that is being exported to international markets. By now, its two farms located Sinazongwe & Chibombo cover an area of above 7,000 hectares. It would offer a huge platform to achieve your brilliant career.
• Full grade 12 certificate
• Degree in Human Resource Management Member of ZIHRM
• At least 3 years of working experience Under the age of 32.
Required Skills
• Understands collective Bargaining Processes
• Understands grievance Procedure & Disciplinary procedure Able to conduct different types of case hearings
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
