Head Teacher
This job is a senior position and will report directly to the School Director
Role of Head Teacher
The Head Teacher is responsible for Teaching, Learning and Curriculum supervision. The School is looking to appoint a Leader with vision and enthusiasm, able to demonstrate a clear understanding of what constitutes excellent teaching and learning. .

Required Experience & Qualifications:
• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Degree in Education (preferably Degree primary in Education)
• At least 5 years teaching experience, of which 2 years should have been at supervisory level.
• In possession of excellent leadership and communication skills
• A passion for education and improving educational practice
• Computer literate
• Should be registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ)
• Experience as Head Teacher, Deputy Head, Head of Department, or any supervisor role in a school or educational environment
