The KAIZEN Institute of Zambia Limited (KiZ) is an emerging unique nonprofit making organisation established under the Companies Act No. 10 of 2017 as a company limited by guarantee under the aegis of the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry to fast track the promotion of quality and productivity enhancement, excellence in the way work is done and engender a culture of continuous improvement among Zambians

The KiZ is looking for an experienced, visionary individual for the position of Head-Technical Operations of the Institute who will work under the Chief Executive Officer to lead the KAIZEN promotion in Zambia.

Head-Technical Operations.
The Head-Technical Operations is responsible for leading and developing all facets of the KAIZEN promotion (Control and Improve) functions in the delivery of the Institute's major services, namely KAIZEN Awareness Creation, KAIZEN Consultancy and KAIZEN Training and Certification. The Head of Technical Operations will ensure that the Institute facilitates all quality and productivity improvement projects amongst both private and public organisations, and contribute to the overall business output, efficiency, and competitiveness under the banner of giving equal opportunity to every Zambian to benefit from KAIZEN
