JOB DETAILS:
• Join the dynamic team at Kawambwa Sugar Limited (KSL), part of the NAVA GROUP – A multinational company with interests spanning metals, energy, mining, agribusiness, and healthcare. Nava is currently operating Zambia’s largest coal mining concessionaire with a 300MW mine-mouth power plant. In Kawambwa, the company is developing a 1100Ha Avocado plantation, one of the largest in the world. Nava is now setting up a green-field integrated sugar project that promises innovation and growth. Plantation spanning over 4000Ha, this project includes a state-of-the-art sugar plant, co-gen of power, production of ENA and Ethanol.

Qualifications
Graduate/Post- Graduate degree in Agriculture
Experience
• Minimum 20 years in the field
• Minimum 5 years in a lead position

Key Expertise
• Experience in company-owned Estate Cane cultivation
• Proficiency in Central Pivot and Drip Irrigation systems
• Skilled in Mechanized Cane Plantation, field operations, harvesting, and transport
