Head of Primary (January 2023 – Re-advertised)

• Lead teaching and learning, holding responsibility for educational standards across the primary school;

• Ability to work collaboratively, coaching motivated staff and developing their potential;
• Bring new creative ideas to guide the vision and ethos of the school for the future, driving innovation whilst embedding existing good practice.

Essential Educational Requirements
• Minimum requirement: 1st degree in Education;
• Registration with the Teaching Council of Zambia with a TCZ Practicing Certificate;
• Experience of using an effective performance appraisal system,
• Ability to calmly manage complaints, conflicts and divisions, sensitively and constructively in order to achieve restoration

Experience
• At least five years successful teaching and leadership experience in a Primary School;
• Significant successful experience as a senior leader within a school

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
