JOB DETAILS:
Innovate General Insurance, a subsidiary of Innovate Holdings is a wholly owned Zambian Company with branches in Lusaka, Ndola, Kitwe, and Solwezi.
The Company invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following positions :-
HEAD – BROKERS
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To maintain and build warm relationship with the brokers and clients acquired through this channel. .

Responsibilities
• To Develop and maintain a robust relationship with Brokers
• Ability to drive and grow the Broker business
• Contribute to the development of business in the Company
• Soliciting and receiving business offers form existing and potential clients through the broker channel
• Manage the Broker distribution channel
• Network and build long term relationships/partnerships with all Brokers in the market
• Preparing renewal and new business quotation proposals to clients and brokers
• Translating and interpreting business offers, claims and any other documents from clients and brokers
• Issuing policy documents to brokers for onward transmission to clients..

  QUALIFICATIONS
• Full grade twelve certificate

• At least five years working experience in insurance
