JOB DETAILS:
Positions Overview:
• We are seeking passionate and experienced Teachers with expertise in the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) IGCSE and O' Level programs.

Key Responsibilities:
•Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for IGCSE and O' Level students, following the CAIE curriculum.
•Develop and implement effective assessment methods to monitor and support student progress.
•Foster a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
•Provide additional academic support to students through tutoring, remedial classes, and individual feedback.
•Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and share best teaching practices.
•Engage with parents and the school community regarding student progress and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
* One who is a committed Christian
•Grade 12 certificate with teaching subjects merit or better.
•Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of a diploma in education.
•Minimum of 2-5 years teaching experience with the CAIE IGCSE and O' Level curriculum.
•Proven track record of student success in CAIE examinations.
•Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Passion for teaching and a commitment to student-centered learning.
