JOB DETAILS:
TIME TRUCKING LIMITED/TIME PETROLEUM LIMITED, the leading transportation companies in Zambia, are looking to employ qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following positions:
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER:

Main responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligning with overall business strategy and provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Bridging Management and employee relations in Industrial Relations issues; including Interpretation of Labour Laws, Disciplinary Codes and ensure legal compliance.
• Managing recruitment & Selection process.
• Managing Remuneration.
• Compensation and Benefits.
• Provide HR Policy/ Procedure guidance and interpretation by consulting with the line management.
• Leave Management.
• HR Monthly Reports.

Qualification and experience:
• Grade 12″ Certificate.
• Must be a member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
• Should at least possess a minimum qualification of Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in labour laws is an added advantage.
• At least five years post- qualification experience.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
