ECR is seeking qualified, highly motivated and innovative candidates with a passion for the vulnerable and awakening potential in others, to fill in the following position below for a USAID project -ZAMBIA FAMILY (ZAMFAM)
Human Resource Officer (HRO)
Oversee implementation of all human resource programs including recruitment, orientation, career development, and training. The HRO will also administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs. S/he will be responsible over providing staff with information on ECR policies and working conditions.. .

Job Qualifications:
• A Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or other related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working as an HR officer
• Skillful in interpersonal, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Very good computer skills
