JOB DETAILS:
The Human Resource Officer will report to the Commissioner for Refugees on all personnel matters at the Lusaka Head Office and the three Refugee Settlements. He/she will be responsible for administrative tasks and contribute to making the organization a better place to work. .

Qualifications and Experience
• A full Grade Twelve Certificate or equivalent;
• Diploma in Human Resource Management/Public Administration or equivalent;
• 3 years proven experience as a HR officer in a reputable institution;
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.);
• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures;
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus;
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude; and
• Strong ethics and reliability;
