JOB DETAILS:
Purpose of the Job:
To undertake human resources functions in order to facilitate efficient and effective operations of the Agency.

Qualifications
• Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate
• Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent
• Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management

Princprincipal accountabilities (main duties)
Key result areas
• Human Resources Management
• Undertakes effectively human resources management functions in order to enhance staff morale and optimise utilisation of human resources.
• Human Resource Planning & Forecasting
• Undertakes effectively human resources planning and forecasting in order to maintain an optimum number of staff.
• Terms and Conditions of Service
• Undertakes effectively the interpretation of Terms and Conditions of Service in order to ensure compliance.
• Training Needs Assessment
• Undertakes periodically Training Needs Assessment in order to facilitate decision making.
• Training and Development
• Undertakes timely the development, implementation and review of training plans in order to facilitate resource mobilisation.
• Payroll Inputs
• Undertakes timely the processing of the payroll inputs in order to facilitate payment of salaries and allowances.
• Registry Services
• Supervises effectively the provision of registry services in order to enhance accessibility, security and flow of information.
• Performance Management
• Supervises timely the development of work plans and the implementation of the performance management system in order to monitor, evaluate and enhance performance.
• Supervision
• Supervises effectively human and material resources in order to facilitate attainment of set objectives.
