Job Brief
• We are looking for a skilled Human Resource Specialist who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
• If you are passionate about HR and highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you. We expect you to have knowledge of various HR functions. We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your character and skills.
• The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.

Requirements and skills
• Must be between 30-40 years of age
• Enjoys working in an agile team and have the ability to work independently and take initiative and ownership of projects.
• Humility, Honesty, Continual Improvement and Customer Focus & Safety
• You enjoy working with people and understand that Human Resources is people-centric and that a focus on the employees will yield strong bottom-line results for the business
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Must Poses a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• 3 years of Experience working in the Human Resource Department
• Must be a current member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
• Deep understanding of Zambian labor laws, personnel benefits and taxes required
• Ability to interpret local labor laws and previous experience interacting with labour counsel preferred
• Ability to exercise confidentiality and high levels of professionalism
• Excellent interpersonal, communications skills and Computer Literate.
• Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
• Fluency in written and spoken English required
