JOB DETAILS:

Main Responsibilities
• work closely with HR manager and ensure the company is compliant with provisions of employment relations and labour laws,
• take part and assist in company recruitment process and conduct background checks,
• assist with preparation of contract and other onboarding documentation,
• ensure high standards of labour relations practices are employed in the business,
• prepare HR reports and assist with filing of documentation,
• assist with employee Napsa and Nhima registrations,,
• take part in disciplinary hearings and handle conflicts and contract terminations

Desired Qualifications
• Degree or Diploma in Human resource management,
• Member of ZIHRM,
• 3-5 years work experience in human resource management,
• strong communication skills and reporting skills,
• high attention to detail,
• Knowledge of Zambian labour laws


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
