JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
As an IT Assistant, your primary role will include:
1. Software and Hardware Management:
o Installation and updating of software programs on new and existing computers.
o Repair and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, and other electronic devices.
2. Network and System Administration:
o Configuration, installation, and maintenance of LAN/WLAN systems.
o Configuration of Outlook email clients for new and existing users.
o Adding new users to the domain and deleting inactive or old accounts.
3. Security and Surveillance:
o Configuration and maintenance of CCTV cameras and Access Control Systems.
o Collaborate with vendors for any system failures, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and electric fences.
4. Troubleshooting and Support:
o Provide on-site support for hardware and software-related technical issues.
o Assist in system diagnostics and troubleshooting for optimal performance.

Minimum Qualifications
• Proven experience in IT support or a related technical role.
• A Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
• Technical Skills:
o Strong knowledge of network configuration and IT infrastructure.
o Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Analytical Skills:
o Ability to interpret data, identify issues, and make strategic IT recommendations.
• Communication Skills:
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills:
o Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Computer Literacy:
o Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and other relevant software applications.
