JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
Running regular checks on network and data security. Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems. Implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the Company.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Running regular checks on network and data security.
• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
• Implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the Company.
• Conducting regular system audits.
• Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
• Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
• Providing direction for IT team members.
• Identifying opportunities for team training and skills development.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
1. Degree in IT or Computer Science or any other related field of study.
2. Minimum of 4 years work experience in a similar role.
3. Proficient in MS word, Excel and Power point.
4. Flexible to work long hours, weekends and public holidays if required.
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Should have good problem solving attitude
7. Excellent analytical skills
8. Attention to details
