• The company is now seeking to recruit an IT Specialist Personnel who is highly proficiency and dedicated to effectively trouble shoot faults related to IT security threats and Computer software hacking. The ideal prospective and successful candidate to fill this vacancy will require to posses unique attributes and exceptional Trouble shooting techniques that are second to none.

Responsibilities Include
As an IT Specialist often you will be instrumental to cater for the organization’s technical needs. You will need to work remotely in multiple areas of information technology, which include software engineering, software development, system analysis, database administration, computer security and at a help desk centers to assist end-users with their technical problems. Based on the specific role, IT Specialists perform a variety of tasks such as implementing, maintaining and monitoring IT systems in addition to solving technical problems in computer systems, hardware and networks.
IT Specialist skills and qualifications
You will need to possess good listening skills in order to be well-informed about developments and trends in the industry.
You will need to posses abilities of a tech-savvy able to solve technical problems without difficulties. Being able to handle all IT-related issues, coordinate among multiple departments and provide excellent customer care.
• Proficiency in the working of servers, networks, computers and peripherals
• Extensive knowledge of system security and procedures for protecting the organization’s data from intrusion or corruptio
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages
• Excellent communication and customer support skills
• Advanced knowledge about hardware and software configuration
• Ability to prioritize tasks and create their work schedules with minimal supervision
• Excellent troubleshooting, creative and technical problem-solving skills

IT Specialist experience & requirements
• At least 3+ Years of Work Experience in a Similar IT Field and position.
• All level Grade 12 Certificate with credits
• A Degree or an equivalent Diploma in IT Systems and Programming
• Have extensive experience in IT support roles, software and hardware installations, networks, operating systems or worked in similar positions.
• experience solving technical difficulties in cloud platforms, networks and hardware configuration.
• IT Specialists with exposure to technical writing.
• Scripting experience with programming languages such as Python, Perl and BASH is an added advantage.
• You should know the primary programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript. The best programming languages for cyber security include C, C++, HTML, PHP and Assembly.
