JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for hotel systems and staff.
• Ensure the security and reliability of IT systems and data.
• Support the implementation of new technologies in the hotel.
• Provide training and support to staff on IT-related systems.
• Perform regular system backups and updates.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Technician (minimum of 2 years).
• Knowledge of network management and security protocols.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
