JOB DETAILS:
A reputable Commercial Bank in Zambia is seeking to recruit self-motivated, enthusiastic and innovative persons to fill the following position:
IT– Internal Auditor

S/he Will Perform the Responsibility of:
• Evaluate information technology control elements to mitigate information technology risks regarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of business information.
• Perform Audits of critical Applications as required to ascertain compliance with the approved policies and procedures.
• Prepare and rendition reports on completed audits.
• Review of controls on Operating Systems (Unix, AIX, Windows servers & clients)
• Assure compliance with defined procedures and IT policy by all users.
• Follow up on IT Audit exceptions to ensure regularization and implementation of Audit recommendations.
• Ascertain that program changes are duly authorized through change management process review
• IT Business Continuity review and monitoring.
• Prepare documentation (work papers and audit program) that reflects the aforementioned information and assessments.

Qualification:
• First degree in B.sc Computer Sciences or any numerate discipline
• CISA, CISSP, CISM, ACA qualification will be added advantage
• Preferably 3-4 years’ experience in a similar position (IT audit)
• Good understanding of Audit processes.

• Audit & Investigation
• Financial and operational audit of organizations
• Financial/Banking Industry knowledge
• Information Security regulation knowledge
