JOB DETAILS:
Specialist in one or more areas of the human resources function within a branch or division of an organization. Responsibilities could include recruitment, research, industrial relations, remuneration, employee assistance, and training. Undertakes projects associated with human resources.

Primary Qualifications:
• Zambian Citizen.
• Bachelor of Industrial/Labour Relations or Human Resource Management.
• At least five years of hands-on experience in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of national labour laws, construction regulations, and mining operations.
• Strong ability to mediate and resolve workplace disputes.
• Familiarity with developing and implementing labour policies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (knowledge of Sage 300 is an advantage).
• Must have a valid ZIHRM practising certificate.
