JOB DETAILS:
1.0 Job Purpose
To undertake the provision of Information Technology support services for hardware and software facilitate seamless user access to IT services and e-services.

2.0 Job Accountabilities
• Effectively undertake the installation, configuration, upgrading and maintenance of IT hardware and networks in order to meet end-user requirements.
• Effectively undertake the installation, configuration, upgrading and maintenance of IT software in order to facilitate service provision.
• Effectively undertake the provision of first line software, hardware and network support and helpdesk services for users in order resolve their issues.

3.0 Qualifications and Experience
• Full Form VŽGrade 12 School Certificate;
• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Member of the Information and Communications Technology Association of
• At least two (02) years work experience

Analytical;
• IT troubleshooting technical support;
• Design and configuration n Interpersonal;
• Integrity; and
• Confidentiality

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Associate Degree
