JOB DETAILS:
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing exceptional customer service. The specialist will handle day-to-day tasks related to information technology and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient technology support for the company.

Qualifications
• Network administration, troubleshooting, and network security skills
• Experience managing windows servers, backup, troubleshooting etc
• Experience in managing 3CX software and EPBX
• Experience in managing Fortinet firewall
• Experience with sage data management
• capability to run queries on SQL for data linking
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of information technology systems and infrastructure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Cisco certification in networking will be a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
