Job Title: Inter School Peer Learning Officer

Reports To; Director of School Leadership Management Unit

Job Description
• Accountable to the coordinator of School Management and Leadership Unit;
• Initiate and manage twinning between schools inside or outside the country;
• Organize and encourage study tours between schools;
• Manage the communication flow for the purpose of enhancing school leadership quality;
• Suggestion of rotation of school leaders on the basis of their managerial performance;
• Organize exchanges on school Management and school leadership between all the schools of the district.
Job Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Education Science, Psychology, Counselling, Sociology with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education with 3 years relevant experience.
Key technical skills and knowledge required:
• General knowledge on Rwanda education system especially in health and hygiene area;
• Knowledge of Provision Guiding, Emotional, Social or Practical peer help;
• Report writing and presentation skills;
• Computer literacy;
• Collaboration and team working skills;
• Effective communication skills;
• Management and administrative skills;
• Time management skills;
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English or French; knowledge of all these three (3) languages is an advantage.
