JOB DETAILS:
Octagon Energy Group Limited is seeking the services of an Intern-Administration.
Key Responsibilities
• To provide a direct and immediate interface with walk-in clients and visitors.
• Provide administrative support to staff and general support services to the company
• Ensure that all documents received are filed accordingly
• Answer and route calls, take messages, and provide general information; answer routine inquiries; maintain log of inquiries and visitors as required
• Assist in scheduling of appointments/client meetings
• Ensure all areas of the reception are kept neat at all times
Experience and Qualifications
• GCSE O’level Certificate
• Front Desk Management/ Customer Services Etiquette training (added advantage)
• Highly articulate
• Organised and professional
• Relevant professional qualification will also be an added advantage
