JOB DETAILS:

To be based at Head office – Lusaka

Data analyst, strategic information and innovation

Responsibilities:
• Manage, clean, process and analyse data collected from Loan management system
• Use information from data analysis to synthesis and recommend strategies which will grow and improve the business.
• Clean up loan management system to ensure that data is available for various and required reports
• Provide accurate analysis of data and findings to support critical business decisions
• Present reports to staff and management using data obtained on the performance and health of the business.
• Organise and package data for easy access and use

Qualifications:
• Degree in any business-related field, economics, development studies or statistic or demography.
• Demonstrated ability and experience in data analysis
• Excellent computer skills in MS Excel, outlook and Access.
• Is analytical especially with data synthesis.
•
