JOB DETAILS:

Astro Mobile Zambia is looking for Commission based Internal Debt Collectors to join our team. The Debt Collectors will be based in our credit department and will require individuals with very strong debt collections capabilities. .

Job Responsibilities:
• Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues
• Skip tracing of bad debtors
• Initiating litigation against defaulters

Job Skills: Not Specified

  Job Qualifications:
• At least 2 years debt collections experience
• Experience in the security sector environment an added advantage
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Commercial Diploma
• Good communication and negotiating skills
• Be results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
