Background:

CARE Rwanda is launching an internship program to create potential candidates’ bank from which CARE can draw successful interns to meet future human resource needs. The internship program will also promote graduates by providing them with learning and growth opportunities and professional work experience, and prepares them for future job prospects in or outside of CARE.
The internship programs provide graduates with direct exposure to the women and girls empowerment activities of CARE Rwanda.
Internships vary in length, between 3 and 6 months, according to the availability and academic requirements of the intern, as well as the needs of CARE needs.
The internship is unpaid and full-time. Interns work five days per week (45 hours) under the supervision of a staff member in the department or office to which they are assigned.
Requirement
A bachelor degree or background/ experience in the field below:
Gender, GBV, Sexual Reproductive Health, Monitoring and Evaluation, Communication, Advocacy, Economics, Value Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Procurement.
