Job Description
Book Now Zambia ( www.booknowzambia.com) which is owned by Dot Com Zambia, is an award-winning Zambian ICT company. Book Now Zambia is a proven technology company with several rapidly growing product offerings in the Zambian Public and Private sector with flagship products such as electronic tolling (eTolls) and electronic levies (eLevy), as well as Private Sector driven by products such as electronic fuel (eFuel). We are looking for intern software developers who can tackle both frontend and backend development on the next generation systems we are developing.

Developers with a proficiency in some of the following would be plus:
• Modern frontend development (React.js or react native, Angular, Bootstrap 3 or 4)
• Backend development (PHP)
• API/web services (PHP, Node.js)
• Databases (Relational Database – MySQL / Non-relational Database -Mongo DB)
• Mobile app developer (Android app developer, iOS app developer)
• Gaming Development (Unity)
• Practical Applications of Blockchain Technologies

Job Experience: No Requirements

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months:

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree

The internship pays a stipend of K2500 per month, over a 6 month period and is open to final year ICT students, recent graduates, or IT professionals with limited work experience. It can also be used as a pathway to becoming a Junior Developer within the company for candidates that excel and demonstrate promise during their internship.
