JOB DETAILS:
Under the supervision of the Research Associate, the After Sales Research Intern will be responsible for conducting the daily sales customer survey and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the product. They will assist clients in resolving any issues concerning the products they purchased, and services rendered to them and checking if the customer understands the warranty process.

Role and responsibilities
• Conduct daily sales survey
• Call at least 2% of the clients from the daily sales
• Will be responsible for reporting on the surveys conducted
• Record and analyze data collected from the daily sales survey
• Suggest ways of improving customer satisfaction
• Collaborate close with Namene Sales Agents
• Data Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Skills and Experience
Experience & Educational Qualification
• Must be a holder of a BA degree (Business Administration, Demography, Economics) from a recognised educational institution or have the equivalent work experience.
• Desirable experience with fieldwork (either through work or study)

Additional Skills
• Fluency in Bemba, Luvale and Kaonde is a highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Good reporting skills
• Good customer relations skills
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Excellent mobilization skills
• Quick learner
