JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
Daily
• Issue machines from Inventory for shipment as and when requested by the Sales Team
• Ensure all devices sent out are all working and sim cards are attached to the device
• Ensure devices picked are accurately and timely recorded on the Google sheet and in the devices picked book
• Ensure Sim cards are working and registered before they go out
• Reconcile Stock balances with the FMs daily and report to management
• Follow up on reconciling items and ensure to resolve all issues whether process or system-related
• Ensure all FMs are sitting with sufficient device stock at all times
• Ensure all devices sent out are accompanied with branding
• Ensure all devices are safely put in a secure place
• Ensure Sim cards are ordered at reorder level and are registered

Weekly
• Carry out spot checks on Inventory being held by FMs and pending Picked devices received against FMs reports
• Provide a weekly comprehensive report all device related issued

Monthly
• Ensuring that reconciliations of machine Inventory, New stock, returned machines and picked-up machines are carried out and fixed asset schedule is maintained.
• Prepare a monthly performance report
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
• Ensure paper rolls are distributed to the FMs on a timely manner and in line with the allocation provided by supervisor.

Knowledge And Skills
• Diploma in any Business related field.
• Proficient in the Microsoft office package.
• Minimum 1 year experience working in a similar department.
• Sound work ethic, Honest, consistent and excellent time keeper

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
