INVITATION FOR BIDS IFB#18072023
Chitambo Town Council received funds from the 2023 Constituency Development Fund allocation for Chitambo constituency. Following approval, the authority intends to apply part of these funds towards the procurement of the following Earth Moving Equipment.
• Supply and Delivery of 1 NO. New Grader
• Supply and Delivery of 1 NO. New Tipper Truck

This tender is limited to participation to Citizen bidders only. Local bidders shall be considered under the circumstances provided for under section 39(2) of the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020. Chitambo Town Council now invites eligible and qualified bidders to participate in the Tender for the stated Earth Moving equipment's.

Note: The council shall use Electronic Government Procurement system for this tendering process.
Interested bidder may obtain further information from 08:30hrs to 16:00hrs during working days from the procurement section at chitambo town council. A non-refundable fee of K1, 000.00 for the bid document shall be paid through the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) account;
A due diligence shall be conducted to the best evaluated bidder to ascertain conformity of the machinery, availability of spare parts and after salle services before award of Contract.

The closing date for the receipt of bids is 18 August, 2023 at 17:00hrs local time.
The submissions and opening of bids will be through the e-GP as mandated by Public procurement Act No. 8 of 2020.
