Brief terms of reference for motor vehicle tracking system.

1. Background

The Churches Health Association of Zambia (CHAZ) was formed in 1970. The Association is an umbrella organization comprising of Faith Based Organisation that include Mission Hospitals, Mission Rural Health Centres, Civil society and Community Based Organisations. Having bilateral and multilateral partnerships with local and international Organisation, CHAZ has been one of the Principal Recipients (PRs) of the Global Fund grants in Zambia for over 15 Years now.

CHAZ Secretariat is engaged in countrywide distribution of Pharmaceutical, Medical, Laboratory and Other Non-Health Equipment to various health facilities to Mission Hospitals dotted in all the 10 Provinces of Zambia including hard to reach areas.

It is against this background that CHAZ Invites interested and reputable firms to Express Interest in supplying and installation a suitable Motor vehicle tracking system for its fleet.

2. Objective

To engage the services of a reputable firm to Supply and Install a Tracking System for CHAZs Fleet.

3. Firms experience and qualifications

The firms offering the system should be registered and have relevan licenses. The firm should have relevant experience in providing tracking services and should demonstrate experience working with Not for Profile Organisations, especially donor-funded projects. Experience of working on donor-funded projects especially global fund grants will be an added advantage.

4. Full terms of reference (tors).

The full terms of reference will only be accessed by shortlisted firms who will be invited to submit detailed technical and financial proposals.

5. Submission of the Expression of Interest (Eol).

Expression of Interest Documents must be submitted on or before Friday 15th October 2021 at 14:30 hours, Local Time. Firms submitting the (Eol) should ensure to sign the submission register placed at the main Reception of CHAZ House, Any (Eol) document that will not appear on the register will not be considered by CHAZ.

Note: Due to time limitations CHAZ will only contact shortlisted firms who will be required to submit both Technical and Financial Proposals.
