INVITATION FOR STAFF CANTEEN BIDS
Lactalis Zambia Limited ("the company") is a company incorporated under the laws of Zambia and located at plot 6964, Mungwi Road in Lusaka. The company is into the business of manufacturing and sale of dairy products.
The company owns a staff canteen which is located at the Company's main factory, at plot 6964, Mungwi road in Lusaka. The company seeks to engage a third-party company to provide canteen services. Specifically, we require a company to provide the following services:
Preparation and sale of meals to the Lactalis employees;
Sale of soft beverages to the Lactalis employees;
General management of the canteen.
We therefore invite bids from qualified companies for the provision of the above services.

Instructions
1. Bidders should have at least two years' experience in running staff canteens; 2. Bids should be submitted in Hard Copy Physically at Lactalis reception by Friday, 9th February 2024 at 17:00hrs
3. All bids should include a CV for the key personnel, company profile, proof of company and Tax registration.
4. Bidders who wish to view the canteen prior to submitting the bids should.
