Invitation for Bids the Republic of Zambia Ministry of Water Development and Sanitation

The Government of the Republic of Zambia has released funds to the Ministry of Water Development and Sanitation towards the supply and delivery of seedstock spare-parts for handpumps and tools to 30 Selected Districts of Luapula, North Western, Central, Eastern and Lusaka Provinces as follows:

Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Bidding Procedures Specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations No. 30 of 2022.
The tender document in English may be obtained upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of K1,000.00 or its equivalent in any convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate in cash or bank certified cheque.

Bids must be delivered to and placed in the tender box at the Ministry of Water Development and Sanitation, PO Box 50288, Mukuba House, Dedan Kimathi Avenue Lusaka Province, on or before Friday, 9 December, 2022 at 10:30 hours local time. Bids must be appropriately bound, sealed and labelled. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. The bidders are required to submit one (1 No.) original and three (3 No.) copies of their bids.
Submission Procedure
Bids will be opened in the conference room at the Ministry of Water Development and Sanitation Lusaka Province in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration and it MUST be in the format provided in the Solicitation Document.
