APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must submit the following:

1. Company profile
2. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
3. Valid registration certificate from PACRA
4. Financial quotation
5. Evidence of similar completed works

SUBMISSION GUILDELINES

• Current suppliers must reapply; those who do not will be removed from the supplier list.
• Companies may apply for a maximum of two (2) categories.
• Only successful applicants will be notified after preliminary evaluation and site visit.
• Registration does not guarantee business with ActionAid Zambia.
• No payment is required during or after the application process.

IMPORTANT NOTE

All applications must clearly state “Registration of Suppliers for the Year 2025” in the subject line.
