ActionAid Zambia (AAZ) is a member of the ActionAid Global Federation, dedicated to advancing social change for a just, equitable, and sustainable world. We collaborate with marginalized and excluded women and young people, along with their organizations and movements, to address the root causes of social injustice, gender inequality, and poverty. Our head office is located at 38G Kabulonga Road, Ibex Hill, Lusaka.

ActionAid Zambia invites interested eligible vendors to submit bids for the supply of the followings.

A. Sanitary Kits in Nalolo, Sesheke and Gwembe districts.

I. 750 bags of 25kg Roller Mealie Meal.
II. 750 packets of 2.5kg Beans.
III. 750 packets of 10kg Soya pieces
IV. 750 bottles of 2liter Cooking Oil.
V. 750 packets of 1kg Salt.
VI. 750 packets of 1kg Sugar.

Interested suppliers/vendors are requested to submit the following documents:

Company profile.
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
Valid registration certificate from PACRA
Financial quotation.
Evidence of similar

The submissions must be sent in both soft and hard copies: Soft copies to Info.Zambia@actionaid.org. Hard copies to ActionAid National Office at  38G Kabulonga Road Ibex Hill, P.O BOX 51407. The bid must be submitted by Wednesday 30th October 2024 at 10:00hrs.
