JOB DETAILS:
Job title: Invoicing Clerk

• Excellent computer skills – Word, Excel, SAGE etc. ( SAGE a must)
• Fast learner and ability to work well in teams

Key Responsibilities
• Receive orders from the stores(franchisees)
• Process orders, route and monitor shipment.
• Provide reports to customers and supervisors
• Maintain and update computer data base
• Answer questions and resolve customer issues
• Process Quote and send to Stores for approval
• Process invoice to the store
• Coordinate Deliveries to the stores with Dispatch
• Communicate with the stores on Delivery schedule, OOS items, Alternative stock items.
• Check ordering pattern when orders are sent against usage and Stock on hand before quoting and consult with Warehouse stock Controller
• Provide information to Stock controller on low stock items or OOS.
• Input and reconcile freight bills as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience
• Grade 12 or higher tertiary certificate
• 2 – 5 years’ experience in a similar position with accounts background will be an added advantage
