JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
The incumbent will ensure that office grounds are maintained clean, sanitary and tidy.

Main Duties
• Clean offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas so that health standards are met
• Empty waste baskets, empty and clean ash trays and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas
• Dust and polish furniture and equipment
• Maintain up to date logs of consumables and cleaning materials
• Wash window, walls and ceilings and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen, cooking utensil, crockery and silverware
• Cleaning and arranging of office furniture in the conference/ boardrooms
• Provides services with a pleasant attitude and personality
• Responsible for the cleaning of the exterior of the office premises
• Helps actively in relocation of the office
• Assist in the loading, off loading and movement of furniture, equipment, cargo and office supplies in both offices and warehouse
• Timely sweeping driveways and yard areas
• Timely maintenance of all cleaning equipment utilized;
• Ensures garden tools are cleaned after use and securely stored away
• Tending and trimming the lawn whenever due to ensure neat and clean grounds
• Performs the simple clerical activities, such as photocopying, delivering mails to offices
• Ensures water dispensers are replenished with water at all times

Qualifications
1. Grade 12 Certificate
2. At least two (2) years cleaning/gardening experience
3. Any other relevant qualification an added advantage
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
