JOB DETAILS:
Akagera Management Company (AMC) seeks suitable candidates to fill the positions of Karenge Bush Camp Chef.
AMC, a partnership between the Rwanda Development Board and African Parks, a not-for profit conservation organization, is responsible for the total management of Akagera National Park in terms of a 20 years joint management agreement. AMC seeks hardworking candidate, with a good work ethic, highly organized, self-motivated and enthusiastic to join its dynamic team.
Karenge Bush Camp Chef

This person will be responsible for the production of a limited range of high quality, well presented, meals. Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness and a full range of kitchen skills are needed. Three (3) years’ experience working as a chef in a commercial kitchen is ideal however if applicants can prove their dedication and speed in learning, less experienced candidates may be considered.

Suitable candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Be Rwandan nationals;
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen or proven dedication to learn;
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn;
• Be dependable, respectful, flexible
• Demonstrate good work ethic, hardworking and honest;
