JOB DETAILS:
Gigibontà Italian Gelato is looking for trained and experience candidates to work as lab supervisor in the factories of Ndola and Lusaka. The ideal candidate is familiar with kitchen operations, stock management, staff coordination, production planning, recipes calculation and is endowed with strong organizational skills. (S)he will supersede the daily operations in a fast moving environment. .

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
– Meeting production targets by coordinating staff
– Ensuring the high quality of products manufactured according to the recipes
– Ensure compliance with procedures and standards
– Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure adequate levels of stock, minimize waste, plan the production, secure timely deliveries to the shops
– Be a leading example of well behaviour and high performance
