JOB DETAILS:
Position Overview:
• We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads that drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize lead generation processes and ensure alignment with our overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies that align with the company’s objectives and target audience.
• Design, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, content marketing, etc.) to attract and nurture leads.
• Develop lead scoring criteria to identify high-potential prospects and ensure efficient handoff to the sales team.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, generating reports to track lead generation effectiveness and ROI.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and ensure a smooth lead transition process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities.
• Manage and mentor a team of lead generation specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Oversee the lead generation budget, optimizing spend for maximum impact and return.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in lead generation, marketing, or sales, with a minimum of [3] years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.
